Fenus Construction was built around a straightforward idea: combine careful workmanship with a more organized, transparent approach to residential construction. What began with hands-on renovation work has grown into a full-service construction company serving homeowners across Durham Region, North York, Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area.
How It Started
Fenus Construction began with a focus on residential renovations and finishing work, where attention to detail and dependable execution mattered most. As projects became larger and more complex, the company expanded its capabilities to manage complete renovations, structural work, design coordination and custom exterior projects.
How We Grew
Over time, our role evolved from individual renovation scopes into complete project delivery. Today, Fenus Construction coordinates the major stages of residential construction in-house and through trusted trades, including demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, tile, painting and finishing.

Today, Fenus Construction works across a range of residential projects, from complete interior renovations and lower-level transformations to custom decks and design-led upgrades.
